Guided by Daeva, each session invites you to explore breath, fluidity, and presence through creative and accessible sequences. Supported by a caring and intuitive approach, the course provides a space to reconnect with yourself, develop your mobility, and fully inhabit movement, both on the mat and in everyday life.

Daeva Miles is a contemporary dance artist and yoga teacher based in Montreal. She began her professional dance training at the age of 16 and has since collaborated with renowned choreographers in North America and Europe. Her career is guided by a deep curiosity for movement, expression, and how the body can tell stories. This curiosity naturally led her to yoga, a practice that began as a form of well-being and has become an essential component of her daily life.
