Founded in 2014, Danse à la Carte (DAC) is an organization dedicated to the ongoing professional development of emerging and established dance artists from all backgrounds. The organization offers a structured and inclusive environment that enables dancers and choreographers to refine their practice, deepen their skills, and strengthen their networks within a diverse artistic community.
DAC’s activities are organized around four complementary pillars: Research & Creation, Professional Development, Networking, and Mentorship. Each of these pillars informs a range of programming that includes regular technique classes, specialized workshops, creation laboratories, residencies, and mentorship opportunities. Together, these activities contribute to the visibility, development, and growth of Montréal’s dance community.
