Technique class - Body Elasticity

I invite you to fully dive into an hour and a half of movement to explore your body in its full range—its nuances, impulses, and silences. An articulated, precise, and elastic body, shaped by musicality, moving both across the floor and through space, will be at the heart of the practice throughout the week.

This class includes time to familiarize ourselves with a warm up to oil our body and joints. Guided exercises, led by specific directives, will prepare us to propel ourselves into the extremes of movement and will inform the sequences/combos that we will learn and deepen day by day.

Here, our bodies can fully unfold—inhabited and alive. A moment to allow ourselves to explode in both intensity and softness, to let go, to feel the pleasure of moving and to physically push beyond our limits; with freedom, rigor, and commitment.
