Creative Lab with Frédérick Gravel

In this workshop, I will try to share some strategies that I use to surprise myself in improvisation, or to work on less usual ways of moving, in order to open up my register and my fields of investigation.

It will be a question of sharpening the sense of proprioception and broadening the qualities of interpretation in general by declining the parts of the body, the concepts, the ideas ..., in short, the spaces where we put our attention when we move. .

We will see how we get there from a distance. Let's see this as an active lecture, or as a field study of one's own identity as a dancer. Big program, let's see where it takes us.
