Ballet with Alisia Pobega

The workshop will focus on the principles of improvisation and performance that were used in the creation of Some Hope for the Bastards and Fear and Greed . Attention to the moment, great simplicity in presence and intense physical commitment are necessary in this work. Exercises to awaken this athletic presence and this concentration in the interpretation will be discussed. A warm-up around the idea of falling, collapsing, rebounding and its absence will start it all off. And it will be normal with big music played rather loud.
