Technique classe - Sensuals animorphs
Alexandre’s classes train the body through a series of structured kinesthetic and meditative explorations aimed at developing free, efficient and embodied movement while awakening the senses, imagination and curiosity of each individual. Special attention is paid to improving the power and motor functions of the shoulder girdle as well as the mobility of the spine through a journey of undulations, spirals, curves and extensions. Participants will seek to integrate fluid and efficient paths by performing passages on the ground, between the vertical, the quadruped and the fall. These classes include moments for the discovery of anatomical notions applied to dance, biomechanical coordinations in movement on the ground (Animal flow style), healthy progressions to perform acrobatic movements, as well as sequences of choreographic movements linking all these notions.
