REGISTRATION PROCEDURE & REQUIREMENTS

TransFormation Danse is a contemporary dance intensive for professional dancers, choreographers, teachers, and emerging artists over 18 years old. A variety of workshops, laboratories and classes are offered on an à la carte basis. The artists themselves choose and design a schedule and programming which best embodies the pursuit of their own artistic development. 

​

Pre-registration will be open from March 7, 2024 for "DAC Members". General registrations will then be open from March 14, 2024.


​Registration procedure - Discounts & Packages

​

  • Create or log in to your Amilia user account

  • Visit the DAC Registration Portal, select TransFormation 2024 and select your workshop choices. ​​Please note that you are responsible for making your own schedule and for choosing classes that do not conflict in time. Please refer to the schedule.

  • The DAC member discount (40%) will be applied automatically at the checkout. (Please note: your membership must be confirmed and paid before proceeding to purchase TransFormation classes and workshops.)

  • If you wish to benefit from the "Full TF Package - 70h or more" (additional 15%), please email a request indicating your workshop choices to anna@dansealacarte.com and wait for confirmation before proceeding to checkout.   Discounts cannot be applied once the payment has been made and the transaction is finalized.
     

​Payments

​

Online payments only 

  • Option 1 - Full instalment

  • Option 2 - Two instalments

    • First instalment (30%) : registration fee due upon registration (non-refundable)

    • Second instalment (70%):  May 13, 2024

​

Please note that no discount can be applied once the payment has been made and the transaction is finalized. 

CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

​

​Cancellation and reimbursement policy until May 20th, 2024​

​

  • In the case of a full cancellation, the participants will be reimbursed workshop fees minus the 30% registration fees.

  • Refunds for full cancellations will be made no later than May 22, 2024.

​

​Cancellation and reimbursement policy from May 21th, 2024​

​

  • No reimbursement will be possible except in the case of a force majeure, invalidity, or illness. Danse à la Carte requires written proof before any reimbursement will be authorized.

  • In the event of force majeure, disability, illness or injury, an official doctor's note is required for a full or partial refund. Reimbursement will be issued for any class hours not taken from the date indicated on the doctor's note.

  • Reimbursement for cancellations during the workshop will be refunded exclusively on June 23rd, 2024.

Generalities

​

  • No change of schedule is permitted unless authorized by the organizers.

  • An additional fee of $25 will be applied for any changes authorized by the organizers.

  • No classes can be transferred to another participant.

  • All injuries must be immediately reported to the organizers and participants must complete an incident report.

  • Participants are aware of the physical risks of doing the workshop and know their medical history. With this in mind, it is the responsibility of the participant to choose classes that respect their physical limits. At all times, participants can decide not to do a certain movement or sequence.
