Workshop - Duets Creation

In this workshop, participants will be creating original duets based on themes coming from the method that Sylvain Lafortune has been developing for over 20 years. That method includes a terminology specific to dance partnering, the judicious use of biomechanical principles, an efficient working method and healthy interactions between partners. Through different technical and creative exercises, by mutually inspiring each other, participants will explore various partnering situations, overcome all kinds of technical and artistic challenges and, therefore, live a rich and stimulating experience that will develop their abilities and widen the scope of their expressive possibilities.
