Dancer and choreographer
Originally from Czech republic, studied at the National Dance Conservatory in Czech, Maurice Béjart’s school in Switzerland and at the Hoschule für Kunst und Musik in Germany. Eventually she went on to perform professionally internationally, traveling the world with her passion, receiving numerous awards for her choreography and interpretation. Her experience as a dancer includes work with major dance companies abroad and in Canada, such as Ballet du Rhin, Les Grands Ballets Canadian, Nord I Dans and Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal.
After having collaborated with a vast number of choreographers of both classical and contemporary styles, Eva felt ready to move towards independent, creative projects culminating in founding her Montreal project based dance company Kolarova Danse in 2015. She created several works for different international festivals, dance schools, independent projects as well self-produced three full-evening shows at Place des Arts in Montreal, Canada.
She gives workshops on international scale, was for example invited as a guest teacher in Czech republic the National Ballet Company in Pilsen, or in France and just recently she was invited to Seoul, South Korea to stay for 4 months at Korean National Art Dance University and in Zuoz, Switzerland this summer to give classes.
She believes in the importance of maintaining balance of the mind and the body and that’s went she started to learn different holistic techniques including, Yoga, meditation and psychosomatic approach.
